Our teachers are the robust ships on which we navigate the seas of education. We understand the challenges they face every day and that is why we are driven to reward them wholeheartedly. Once a year, promotions are rewarded to ensure a successful career path for performing teachers and recognise teachers who have been able to deliver their roles at an exemplary level. The effort is also to identify teachers who have been performing well and encourage them further, ensuring equal opportunities for teachers who have been consistent performers and have upgraded themselves.
