WHY TRACK ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE

Teachers are a student’s guiding light in their learning journey. That’s why it is important to get a sense of teachers' skills, the behaviour they exhibit in the classroom, and their rapport with students.

We have designed a 15-Lesson Observation Sheet that helps identify the strengths and challenges of teachers. This helps improvise their pedagogical skills to achieve seamless execution of plans and translate into enhanced student outcomes. The strengths of teachers culminate into mentorship, training and coaching to maximise their contribution.
