Knowing how closely linked each child’s learning is to each other, we take our responsibility to upgrade each teacher very seriously. We have a slew of training and skill enhancement opportunities for each teacher, so that they can take themselves one notch above, and contribute to our network’s global standards of teaching.
Every month, a consolidated training calendar is sent out to our network schools with the details of training planned for the month, including intended trainees, resource persons, and name of the training. These 100% online training are extremely effective as is proven each time the learning outcomes are measured, using an Impact Measurement Survey.
For Pre-Primary to Grade 5 teachers
Conducted to ensure quality and parity in delivery of curriculum across all our network schools, microteaching trains teachers to create resources for delivering concepts effectively and create a support mechanism for new teachers and teachers needing support for the delivery of content.

For Grade 6 to
Grade 12 teachers
One Principal from a network school leads each subject session and takes decisions on behalf of the group. The Cerebrum Team and the School Development Team work together to decide, dates, lessons to be taken up for Contact sessions and allotment of campuses to take up the lessons.
