To uphold our promise of the safety and health of children, guidelines and the roles and responsibilities that come with it are ingrained in our staff. They are infused in every conversation they make and every decision they take. Each of our staff members is specially trained to build that sense of security and a safe space for children to be themselves and learn better.
Building a safe and secure school environment comes with many responsibilities. At Lighthouse Learning, every stakeholder contributes towards the safety of our students. Their roles are uniquely defined in a Checklist to match their capabilities. This checklist helps cover different spaces and events to ensure students’ safety within our school campus, during emergencies and even in transit.
