To achieve a method in hiring teachers as well as maintaining a standardised superior quality in our existing teachers, we use our exclusive EuroKids Teacher Assessment Tool (ETAT).
FOR PRESCHOOLS
ETAT is taken for existing teachers and potential new teachers assessing them for a range of capabilities, including those based on teaching-learning strategies as well as activities that promote the various domains of development in preschoolers.
At all our senior schools, updating teachers’ skills and knowledge leads to better job performance, enabling them to play an active and vital role in the development and growth of children. Right training is a step towards creating high-performing teachers by identifying a teacher’s training needs, and building a customised training program for them.
Through ETAT, they are tested on domains and theories of child development, pedagogy, an open mindset and attitude, fluency in communication and general knowledge.
