We understand that teachers are crucial to the success of our students and schools, and play a key role in bringing to fruition Lighthouse Learning’s Child First Policy.

We are driven forward by well-trained teachers who are committed, passionate about the work they do, and have the skills required to lead our programme. Our overriding focus is that all training endeavours must ultimately result in improved student learning outcomes. To that extent, we deem a teacher effective only if their work leads to improved student outcomes – both tangibly and intangibly.
